What are some cities in the Bay Area that allow Archery in parks/backyards?

Shaharyar asked:

I recently took up archery, and I wanted to know some alternatives to going to an archery range.

Parks, outside of an archery range, definitely not. Backyard, might be a different story. Just please, make sure that the area is safe. Recently a man in orange county missed his target, the arrow flew down the hill from his backyard, across a highway and hit a police officer in the leg. Aside from the hassle of being thrown in jail, he also gave archers a bad name.
