Bow sights work using pins that you line up. In practic you should draw the string back and hold it at the same place every time that way your eye is in the same place. The sights mount above the arow rest. Your bow may not have the mounts. Good luck.
Using a recurve for archery is enjoyable yet primitive. I have one that I use for target shooting. I don’t know of too many recurves that are set up to attach all the fancy attachments you’re talking about.
If you want to invest in all the fun gadgetry of archery you may have to pick up a compound bow. Compounds are set up to accept all the fancy do-dads you want to put on them.
As far as costs go you can spend as much or as little as you want, from a couple hundred to thousands of dollars.
Whatever you do don’t get rid of your recurve entirely, they are great to practice with and some clubs have shoots just for them!
